We charge a fee for your first appointment, which secures your personal styling session with us: £35 on a weekday or £45 on a weekend. Follow Up appointments to retry favourite dresses are complimentary after your first visit to us.

Appointments can be booked online here, where you can choose a date and time that works for you. If you are looking for an appointment within the next 48 hours, please give us a call.

Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your fitting. If you cancel within 48 hours we are unable to reschedule your appointment or refund the appointment fee.

We do not allow photos to be taken as a photo of you in a sample dress will never be a true reflection of how you’ll look on your wedding day. We kindly ask you to refrain from taking photos throughout the appointment.

We kindly ask that you bring a maximum of three guests with you as it can be overwhelming to have too many opinions. Just a few of your closest family and friends who know you and your style.

Our dresses range from £2000 - £3000, with the option of going for a bespoke design starting at £3000.

Once you have chosen the dress for you, it is a 50% non refundable deposit to get the order placed. The balance of the dress is payable when the gown arrives in store.

Our sample dresses range from size 8-16, with the majority being sizes 10-14.

We work hard to ensure that the Love Story London experience is relaxed and stress-free, to ensure brides feel comfortable and most importantly have fun. With years of experience, we have plenty of tricks of the trade to show you the correct fit, once your dress is in your perfect size.

We provide recommendations of the best alteration services in the area.

We suggest wearing skin tone, seamless underwear. We also request that you do not wear fake tan or heavy makeup.

We recommend starting shopping up to a year prior to your wedding date, and purchasing around 9-12 months before the wedding to allow for lead time and alterations. We can offer rush orders at an additional fee if required. You can speak with a stylist and they will work with you and your wedding date.
