To determine your dress size, please take your body measurements. We recommend asking a friend to assist with this.

The standard length of our dresses 46” from waist to floor.
You can order additional length on our dresses up to 4” at an extra cost. Please also consider your shoe height when ordering as you may need to order additional length.
We recommend you order based off the size that most of your measurements fall into or is
most relevant to your largest measurement. It is much easier to take a dress in, than to let a
dress out.
Please contact us if you need assistance in determining the most appropriate size.
We do offer split sizing of a dress; this is where the dress can be sized to specific sizes according to bust, waist and hips. There is an additional £150 fee for split sizing a dress. Please note, the dress will still need to be altered by a seamstress to ensure you get the perfect fit.

If you would like styling advice, we can arrange a virtual appointment with one of our stylists.
With any wedding dress, it is expected that you will require alterations. These can range
from adjusting the hem length of the dress to shortening straps, as well as any other adjustments you may require.
If you purchase your dress through our online shop you will need to source a seamstress privately. We usually recommend allowing about 8 weeks before your wedding for alterations. Please email us if you have any questions relating to alterations and we will be happy to provide advice.
All dresses are made to order. Standard lead time is 4-6 months. We do offer rush orders if required at an additional cost. Please email accounts@lovestorylondon.com to find out more.

Shipping is within UK only
Free on orders over £500 GBP in UK.
Bridal dresses purchased online will be shipped in 4 - 6 months. We endeavour to confirm orders within 48 business hours of receiving the order. Customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched. Please take note of the estimated production lead time before placing your order. We take no responsibility for incorrect shipping details. If incorrect details have been

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
As all items are made to order, we are unable to refunds or exchanges.
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept exchanges or refunds on jewellery or veils.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Love Story London has a long-standing reputation for exceptional quality, design, and customer service.
We have a dedicated team who complete quality checks for each dress at our UK head office before the dress is shipped to you. If you believe that you have received a product with some kind of flaw or fault, the incorrect item or you are not happy with your
dress, please contact us immediately.
Please note that goods are faulty if they are deemed to contain a significant manufacturing fault. Each gown is produced with care and uses delicate fabrics, lace, beading and embroideries. It is normal for there to be slight variations in finish, colour, and fabrication due to the specialised production of our dresses and their handmade nature. These are not faults in the production of the garment and we cannot be held liable for minor variations considered normal in the individual production of your item.
We recommend you inspect your dress as soon as you receive it and should you think something is not quite right, please contact us within 48 hours at accounts@lovestorylondon.comPlease provide images and a detailed description of the perceived fault. If possible, we will offer to repair any faulty items. Should the item be deemed as faulty you will receive a full refund if the dress cannot be repaired or replaced.
If you are returning goods to Love Story London for repair or replacement, please ensure
you have previously discussed this with one of our team members to ensure you receive the best possible care and advice. We cannot be held liable for any undelivered returns.
