Celebrating a day of love at the enchanting Hamswell House in a Love Story London bespoke wedding dress - a modern fit-and-flare bridal look featuring a leg slit and spaghetti straps.

Toby and I met at school when we were 16 years old (we are now 30!!). We are both passionate sportspeople, enjoy spending time with our family, going on holidays and have been lucky enough to share some amazing experiences together. I can’t wait to see where married life takes us next.

We always wanted a marquee wedding but didn’t want to compromise on a beautiful venue. I was pretty set on wild flowers using a mix of colours. Our bridesmaids wore silky champagne dresses and the guys wore cream linen suits, using the flowers as a pop of colour. I wanted it to be classy, rustic, simplistic with no set colour scheme which really worked.

I knew I wanted to buy my bridal gown from the wedding dress shop Perfect Day Bride in Bath. I didn’t look in any other bridal studio! I tried on a few designer wedding dresses but quickly found the one. I had a perfect experience with the girls there and really found a bespoke wedding dress that was “Me”. It was a modern bridal look that I truly made my own, I loved the fact I could add a leg split to the bridal look, the fit and flare wedding dress style was a dream come true.

The day really does fly by, so enjoy every moment and ensure you take time out even if it is just to look out at all of your guests and think, “they are all here for us”.
