Two modern bridal looks, one beautiful real bride - inside a stylish London wedding at Marylebone Old Town Hall.

One day, my best friend said to me you need to take dating a little bit more seriously. She took my phone and started swiping on my behalf and I said oh he’s cute - I hope we match! A couple of hours later we did! A few days later after a few messages we met up in Bank on the 20th July 2021 and the rest is history - we got married 3 years late on the same date 20th July 2024.

As we were also having a big Indian wedding, we really wanted to have a London City style wedding too, which is why we chose Marylebone Town Hall and the Greenhouses for our lunch afterwards. The perfect wedding venues for our London civil ceremony.

I had probably been to about four or five London bridal stores, and I saw Love Story pop-up on my Instagram and saw that they were opening a London bridal studio. The earliest appointment I could get was for March and I already knew time was tight, but I knew that I had to wait to go there before I place an order with anyone else. I just got back from my Indian bridal shopping and then that weekend had my appointment with Amelia (who was the sweetest) and among all the designer wedding dresses, I knew Saint was the wedding dress for me. I absolutely loved the modern leg slit and the crepe material. I made an appointment to come back three days later with my Mum this time for the final stamp of approval, and that’s also where Amelia show me Jett Mini which was definitely love at first sight. The mini wedding dress featured long slipper satin sleeves which I loved. Later that evening, I messaged Amelia and placed an order for both wedding dresses.

Enjoy the process, don’t sweat the small stuff no one will notice enjoy being together - the day will go so quickly, stay by each other side the whole night!

First and foremost was our wedding planner, Simran from Leela Events, who is just the sweetest and incredibly talented. She made the whole planning process smooth and enjoyable with her attention to detail and creative ideas. Her presence on the big day was invaluable.

Another favourite was Alex Gray Photography—she absolutely smashed it! From the moment we saw the first set of photos, we loved them! She captured every moment beautifully, blending candid shots with portraits. We absolutely LOVE our wedding photos and couldn’t be happier. We feel so lucky to have had Alex shoot our day—she is also just such an incredible person to be around.
