REAL LIFE BRIDE
Rachel & Cameron
A rustic barn wedding in the heart of the gorgeous Cotswolds
Share Your Love Story
Cameron and I met the modern fairytale way, through a dating app! We met up only a couple of days after messaging and instantly formed a connection. It felt like we had known each other for years! I moved in a year later and we got engaged on the beach in The Gower a year after that. The rest is history!
Style Of Your Wedding
Rustic is the main word I would use to describe the inspiration for our wedding. Pretty and relaxed, nothing too formal!
Venue Details
We got married at The Great Tythe Barn, a beautiful rustic barn in the heart of the Cotswolds, with stunning views. There is a beautiful field of wheat behind, where we had some glorious evening sunset photos.
Finding The Dress...Was It Love At First Sight
It definitely was love at first sight. I tried on a few and I thought they were all beautiful, but I immediately knew Flora was the one for me as soon as I saw her!
Highlights Of Your Day
Getting ready with my bridesmaids was so fun and the perfect way to start the day. After that I would say the main highlight was having our private portrait photos during sunset. The only quiet moment we got to ourselves! And then it would be the moment during the first dance when everyone started joining in with the band. It was an incredible start to a really fun evening.
Your Words Of Wisdom To Future Brides
Keep calm and try to enjoy the planning, because although it can be stressful you will strangely miss it when it’s over! Also, whatever you’re worrying about will always work out fine on the day.
